SUMMARY:National Drive Electric Week Event
DESCRIPTION:As part of National Drive Electric Week\, Ocean State Clean Cities Coalition members will the 2nd Annual Rhode Island Drive Electric Week event on Saturday\, September 12\, 2015 from 12 – 3PM. The event will highlight the advances made in electric and hybrid-electric vehicle technologies\, the economic and environmental benefits of owning an electric vehicle\, and the infrastructure that serves them throughout Rhode Island. The event will be hosted at Garden City Center across from the  Newport Creamery and centered around the gazebo. Planning organizations include the URI Outreach Center\, the RI Office of Energy Resources\, RI Department of Environmental Management\, and Drive Electric Cars New England. \n
