Presented by Nicholas Palumbo (Suffolk County Community College), Jay Blauser (University of North Carolina at Pembroke), and Aaron Fodge (Colorado State University)
Colleges and universities are leading regional employment centers and are on the front line of technology adoption. They are also the perfect location for faculty, staff and students to charge up their plug-in electric vehicles! The Challenge team will cover highlights from its targeted recruitment of higher education campuses across the country. Experts from three universities will discuss their sustainability mission and highlight how their campus charging programs enabled them to reduce commuter emissions, find new research opportunities, provide employee and student benefits, enable fleet charging, and signal environmental leadership.
